The New Agent Training Work group needs your help!  They are developing punch-list of skills and information that all agents need to know when first starting in the business (under 5 years, and developing ways to convey that information in a compelling way,  This business has a big learning curve,but you can help narrow our focus! Some of the questions they are asking are, What do you wish you knew before you “learned it the hard way”?; What is a common frustration in your day-to-day work / transactions?; What scared you the most when you first started in real estate?  Please share your thoughts in this brief survey!
