The Mass Associaton of REALTORS is offering two separate virtual trainings this month for those who wish to serve on hearing panels for ethics or arbitration hearings, and those who would like to become a trained ombudsman or mediator.  If either of these two interest you, please sign up using the links below, NO LATER THAN January 19, 2021.  We will provide the MAR with your name and contact information so they can send you your log in instructions.  Please note:  any registration received after the 19th cannot be included in this program so please be sure to register early.

January 28, 2021 – 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.:  Join instructor, Bruce Aydt as you take a deep dive into the Professional Standards process, review case studies and become prepared to serve on a Professional Standards Hearing Panel.  This program is provided by the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS.  Please register, by Jan 19th, here.

January 29, 2021 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.:  Bruce Aydt is back to provide training on the REALTOR Ombudsman and Mediation programs, which includes how to keep lines of communicaton open, outside the box thinking and honing negotiation skills.  Completing this program certifies you to serve as an Ombusdman or Mediator for the Board of REALTORS.  Please register, by Jan 19th, here.
