The National Association has mandated that ALL REALTORS receive their Code of Ethics training every three years.  This current cycle ends on December 31st of this year.  Have you taken your Code training yet?

Free for all Berkshire County Board of REALTOR members, $10 for all others

This program will be offered on Zoom.  The Board of Registration requires that all attendees be on camera and participating in class discussion and polls to receive credit.  Each attendee must be logged into their own device with their name displaying.

Cancellation Policy:  To cancel without penalty of a no-show fee or to receive a refund of fees paid, registrant must cancel with staff at least 24 hours in advance of class time.
