Last Chance: Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification Course

Last chance: Monday we are hosting the PSA Certification program on March 11th @ the Board Office | 9 a.m – 4 p.m. (or online).  The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification will be taught by Peter West and is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.  This course is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) designation.

This course will enable you to

– Determine the market-based value range of a home
– Choose the most appropriate comparables for a given property
– Compile a CMA report for proper presentation
– Collaborate with appraisers

Earn 4 CE Credits for: (must be on camera and engaged the entire 6 hours)

  • RE62RC10: Comparative Market Analysis

  • RE26R20: The Residential Appraisal Process

Instructor: Peter West, ABR, CCIM, CRS, GRI & SEC

Pricing:

  • $130 for Berkshire Members after March 1st | $140 Non-Members.

You can take this course just for the incredible knowledge, or you can get a lifetime Pricing Strategies Certification and earn your ABR elective requirement when you:

  1. Complete the one-day class, Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA
  2. Be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®
  3. Submit a one-time REBAC application fee of $179

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided if you cancel by March 4th. Starting on March 5th, no refunds will be provided if you cancel your registration.
