Interestingly, we had a few inquiries this week about how to handle a price change and what is needed to be in compliance with the MLS rules and regulations. In this case, it’s pretty simple! For your own files you will want to obtain something in writing from the seller(s) indicating their agreement with a price change. The Modification to the Exclusive Right to Sell Contract has a line especially for this. Keep the form – but you DO NOT need to send it to the Board Office.
