We’re thrilled to say, the Chili Cookoff will be held again this year following our Annual Meeting at the Country Club of Pittsfield!  (Dates and times to be announced in the very, very near future.)  This is such a fun and amazing event that benefits a Berkshire County charity and is one of our major fundraisers of the year.

We need YOU to tell us who you think this year’s beneficiary should be.  The goal is to donate the funds to a non-profit in Berkshire County with a housing-related initiative.  You can think outside of the box on this A LITTLE bit… for instance, is it a food pantry who helps to keep families nourished, a center that teaches parenting skills, a group who provides structural repairs to disabled veterans…you get the idea!

Please email Sue with any and all suggestions.  Our REACT committee will review all submissions and forward their selection on to the Board of Directors for their approval.  Don’t delay, please.  The sooner we select the charity, the sooner we can advertise, and the more (we hope) people we’ll have attend.

Oh, and while we’re asking…please let us know of any restaurant(s) that you’d like to see participate in the cookoff.  We’ll be happy to reach out to any and all suggested eateries / caterers.
