It’s that time again – end of the month and end of a quarter!  Please check the MLS system to make sure all your sales are reported correctly, that your pending listings are marked and the data is accurate.  We’re anxious to run the quarterly report!   Looking at the preliminary numbers, we ask … where are all of the listings?  Inventory is down 19%, and the market of listing is really moving! The average days on market dropped 32% to 243 days from list to close.  Residential sales are up countywide by 7%, with 231 homes sold (an increase for all regions).  North county sales volume fell, but the rest of the county remained level with 54 million transacted in the first quarter.
