It’s that time again – end of the month and end of a quarter!  Please check the MLS system to make sure all your sales are reported correctly, that your pending listings are marked and the data is accurate.  We’re anxious to run the quarterly report!  Sales are up-up-up over 13% from the same time last year, but we want to really get a true picture by seeing historical years and pending rates.  Many thanks.
