Join Andy Perenick and Dan Perenick, former police officers, as they walk you through conducting Open Houses: advises sellers how to best prepare their property, agent responsibility during open houses, procedures for viewing and identification; crowd control; securing the property and keeping yourself safe in the process. Sandy Carroll will join them on how to protect your online presence and secure your clients and customers confidential information. 2 hours of CE credit provided.
We’ll take an hour break, lunch on your own if you plan to attend both programs, and kick off again at 12:30 p.m.
12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (3:00 p.m. for those wishing to practice a little longer): American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED program – $65. Class size limited to 20
Andy and Dan are back to provide an instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED (automated external defibrillator) use, infant CPR and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills. At the end of the course, you will be awarded a two-year American Hearth Association Heartsaver AED certification card.
(You must register individually for each class)
