We’re sad to report the passing of long-time REALTOR member, Eva Wainrib, former owner of Red Barn Realty Egremont . Her daughter Susan wanted to reach out to the REALTORS especially, given her mothers love of the industry and many friends made while a member. She retired in 2007 after 20 years of membership and service. She served on the Board of Directors and as a South Council President in the late 1990’s and as an officer on the MLS Board of Directors in the early 1990’s.
Eva will be remembered at a service at Congregation Ahavath Sholom, 15 North Street, Great Barrington at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, with Rabbi Barbara Cohan spiritual leader officiating. Burial immediately following at Ahavath Sholom Cemetery in Great Barrington.
