  • Realtor Spirit – who has strong ethics, and is an unsung hero within our industry. Someone who is known as cooperative, and promotes other members.
  • Distinguished Service – fro one who has volunteered for many, many years, advanced our profession and set themselves apart as a leader.
For Public Awards (recipients don’t have to be REALTORS), please consider submitting your nomination for our 2 community awards for 2018 – the Berkshire Housing Hero (person or org) who has helped make Berkshire housing more affordable, safe or sustainable.  Housing Hero PDF application Do you know of a property that was recently renovated or significantly cleaned up that improved whole the neighborhood? We want to hear about it for the Berkshire Beautification award. Beautification application,  We expect to present these at our Housing Summit on 9/20/18.
