One and Done – Have a few volunteer Hours? We need you!

The Community Service Committee is looking for “One and Done” volunteers – anyone who has a few hours to spare but doesn’t want to commit to a whole year of committee service.  Each are short bursts of help you can provide.

  • Earth Day Clean Up – North! Saturday April 19th, join RCS Chair Mariah Worth in North County to help with a citywide cleanup in North Adams.  Meet at the North Adams Public Library at 9 a.m. to coordinate.  And please reach out to Mariah to let her know you’re in to help and we will get you a tee shirt!
  • Veteran’s Day – Central– May 5th – Installations of flags in Pittsfield cemeteries this year will begin for Veteran’s Day. All volunteers will meet at the maintenance garage, of Pittsfield Cemetery, at 8:00 a.m. on that day. Those wishing to volunteer to assist in this project can call their office at (413) 499-9433 to register…. and let us know so we can get you a REALTOR shirt to wear with pride!
  • Food Pantry Fundraiser – Countywide – May 7, 14 or 21st Battle of the Bartenders is seeking fundraising / bartending teams to raise tips for area food banks and kitchens. The need is go great this year, we hope you will help serve – or show up to support.  More details & Signup
  • Breaking Bread Dinner – South – May 22 and/or June 26th from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Help shop, cook and package dinners for about 80-100 in need in south County.   Please let us know if you can help!
