Offices Need to Ensure Paperwork is In Order

Just a heads up, the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure is making rounds to Berkshire based offices checking to ensure off your required documentation is in order.  Brokers, make sure you have easy access to escrow account records, agency disclosure forms, broker and corporate or LLC bonds, E&O information, and have proper displays of licenses and fair housing statements in your office.  All standard items, but we have noted that the inspectors are sweeping the Berkshires and wanted to share so that you can get your ducks in a row and papers in a order so there isn’t a last minute flurry!
