A little friendly reminder that one sale should never be reported more than once!  If a listing was entered in two property types, please report the sale in the type that most closely matches the sale and cancel the other. If double sales slip by, the skew all of our market watch numbers if not corrected.   Takes a village – If you notice something that was marked as sold twice, share that via an error report or Linda@BerkshireRealtors.com.  Staff follows up and corrects everything, and it makes a big difference in our market watch report. Great data matters!
