Not quite one-and-done, but we have several new opportunities to get involved for all of the agents who have a limited amount of time to serve. All involving Professional standards matters. Any professional standards appointments require advanced training on the Code of Ethics process (to be offered in the beginning of 2022), as well as some specialty training down the road. Then, the time commitment is very limited – we have our Grievance Committee, a new Citation Committee, (both having brief zoom meetings when a formal complaint is received), serving as a multifaceted alternate ready to jump in when needed on ANY professional standards group, serving as a tribunals for an ethics or arbitration hearing panel, as an Ombudsman mediator or formal mediator. Do Would you like to learn more about the opportunities and what would be suit your skills and level of engagement? Please email Sue O’Brien with your interest so we can pull together a list for our 2022 planning process! Thank you for your consideration.
