We have added a Surveillance field to all property types in the MLS to coincide with our Exclusive Right to Sell contract.  This field is mandatory and provides a Yes, No and Unk option.  You will need to complete the field when adding the listing and will be prompted to complete it when you make an edit to an existing listing.
