To comply and align our fields with the national certification required by RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization), we have been working with FlexMLS staff to slightly modify some of our terms and fields to meet these standards.  This makes it easier for your vendors to work with our data when creating websites and software services to fill your business needs. The following changes will take place on February 15th, 2023:

VIEWS! Items were included in waterfront and are moving to views:

• Lake View moving to Views field and renamed to Lake
• Pond View moving to Views field and renamed to Pond

Interior Amenities

• Compactor renamed to Trash Compactor
• Range/Stove renamed to Range
• Wall Oven no longer available when adding or editing a listing
• New additions of Built-In Gas Oven and Built-In Electric Oven
• Note: Steam oven was added late last year

Exterior Amenities

• Slip renamed to Boat Slip
• Gutters renamed to Rain Gutters
• Green Carpet renamed to CRI Green Label Plus Certified Carpet
• Laundry: Basement renamed to Laundry: In Basement
