We are pleased to welcome Kimberly Gritman to our Board Office Staff.  We have already found Kim to be a great asset to the Board…

She is smart as a whip, friendly and experienced.  She was co-valedictorian graduating from BCC in 2009, Summa Cum Laude graduating from MCLA in 2011 and had awesome recommendations from her past employers.  She knows all of our standardized computer programs and has already dug into learning our membership database system and FlexMLS.  She is self-motivated, learns quickly and her friendly and helpful disposition make serving the Berkshire RELATORS a good fit.  She has a background in management with a specialty in planning and promoting events and is well-versed in social media and the internet. Kim is a lifelong resident of the Berkshires and serves on the First Fridays Artswalk committee handling their social media.
