What are Market Areas?
Market Areas are essentially custom hot sheets that allow you to track new and changed listings based on saved searches you define. They provide a quick, at-a-glance summary of what’s happening in the markets that matter most to you.
Setting up a Market Area is easy:
- In the Flexmls menu, navigate to Daily Functions > Market Areas.
- Click “New” on the My Market Areas page.
- Name your area and select the events you want to track (new listings, price changes, etc.).
- Choose a saved search or create a new one.
- Click Save Market Area, and you’re set!
