The FlexMLS programmers are adding the ‘coming soon’ status option to Mobile Home, Business Opportunity and Land listings. All data entry should follow the same rules; you can premarket a coming soon listing for up to 7 days before showing with completed paperwork.  Here is a link to instructions on how to add a coming soon listing, as well as links to the Clear Cooperation Policies that outline submission requirements.  This option will be available Wednesday, March 13th.
