For those that have websites using MLS data, we have modified the rules and regulations to strike a clause regarding co-mingling of data.  This change was made by the MLS Board and ratified by the Board of REALTORS, as required in our bylaws.  Note that this is only one section in the rules that involves the display of data, so check out the entire rules section 18 on use of IDX data if you want a deeper dive, or give Sandy at the Board Office a call with questions.
