Just a reminder that there were several budget factors approved by the MLS Participants at the annual meeting in October (we sent budget explanations to all as well) that will result in an increase in fees to $35 per month, up from $31.  We are trying to stay proactive to meet emerging demands, adopting the recommendation by the Rental Taskforce to add a new property type in the MLS for residential rentals in the MLS and provide much needed training on this topic and also to engage with CRS Data, a fantastic tax provider to reinstate tax auto population into the MLS while entering a new listing among many new and robust features for you to use.  To name just a few new benefits you can expect to see!  Staff will be reaching out to confirm that your automatic payment approval will cover the new cost going into 2024!
