What is the Member Portal?
The member portal is your personalized, one-stop-shop for paying your annual dues, registering for classes and meetings, updating your REALTOR member profile, searching for colleagues, checking your committee service and attendance record, and more! *The Member Portal is now LIVE with limited functionality. Starting November 1st, you will be able to pay your 2015 Annual Dues, update your member profile, and view committee information. Look for added functionality of registering for classes and meetings in 2015!
How do I begin?
To begin, you must first go to www.BerkshireRealtors.net and click “login to member portal”. To login, insert your 9-digit NRDS ID# as your user ID. If you do not remember your NRDS ID#, please click the link to the NRDS ID# look-up page. Your password is your last name (this field is case sensitive and the first letter of your last name should be capitalized).
Once logged in, you will be prompted to update your member profile. You cannot continue into the portal until you have updated and saved your information. Fill this section out as completely as possible as this information will be used in both a private and public member directory (this info. updates your NRDS record). As you can see above, you may even upload a headshot of yourself!
It is recommended that you do not use Google Chrome to run the Member Portal. Firefox and Internet Explorer are recommended!
