RE59R09: Smart Growth /Smart Energy Smart Growth/Smart Energy is a course designed to introduce real estate professionals to the various concepts included in the Massachusetts Smart Growth/Smart Energy initiative. While recognizing that zoning regulations are managed by each individual community, the Commonwealth encourages communities to adopt and implement these smart growth/smart energy measures in order to realize the many environmental, fiscal, and social benefits of smarter energy and smarter land use.

Reminder:  All attendees must be logged into their own device.  We cannot offer CE credit to anyone who is sharing a device.  The Board of Registration requires that cameras be on at all times.  Periodic check-in and polls may be used to verify attendance.  If you are unable to attend, please notify the Board Office staff no later than 48-hours prior to avoid a non-attendance fee or to receive a refund of fees paid.  Attendees must be present for the 2-hour duration to receive credit.
