RE59R09: Smart Growth /Smart Energy

Smart Growth/Smart Energy is a course designed to introduce real estate professionals to the various concepts included in the Massachusetts Smart Growth/Smart Energy initiative. While recognizing that zoning regulations are managed by each individual community, the Commonwealth encourages communities to adopt and implement these smart growth/smart energy measures in order to realize the many environmental, fiscal, and social benefits of smarter energy and smarter land use.

FREE to Berkshire County Board of REALTORS Members; $10 for all others.

All attendees must be logged into a unique device, under their own name.  We are unable to provide CE credit to anyone who is sharing a device.  The Board of Registration requires that you are present and engaged for the entire 2-hours and that your camera is turned on.  There will be periodic attendance taken and engagement activity in the form of chat and or polls that must be participated in as proof of attendance.  If you are unable to attend, you must notify staff in writing at least 48-hours prior to the start of class to either receive a refund of fees paid or to avoid a non-attendance fee.
