At the inaugural Commercial Investment Meeting this month, the group decided to form a Commercial Forms Work group to (1) reexamine and update the data input fields for commercial, lease and business opportunity properties (2) suggest a definition of “Business Opportunity” for our policy and (3) eventually examine if there is a need for Berkshire specific commercial contracts (as opposed to using MAR’s.
