Why do real estate professionals need to know about Reverse Mortgages? Licensees are often the first point of contact when people start to make housing changes. Having a basic knowledge of the Reverse Mortgage product will help licensees to better serve their clients and customers. As baby boomers consider downsizing, upsizing, aging in place, or making any housing transitions, all options can be presented. Mortgage Banking requires a federal license and Real Estate Licensees should be careful not to advise the consumer in areas beyond the scope of their real estate license.

The Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email upon registration and resent via email at least 24-hours prior to the start of the program.  REMINDER:  If you are unable to attend you must notify staff at least 24 hours prior to the start of the program to avoid a non-attendance fee (or to receive a refund if fees have been paid).  We cannot provide CE credit to any attendee who is participating on a shared device.  The Board of Registration requires that cameras be on during the ENTIRE program.  If you are unable to access a camera on your computer or tablet, we strongly encourage you to participate on your smart phone.
