The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS has introduced an array of new, FREE housing data and reports, some that are even semi-customizable!
MAR’s “Local Market Update Report” can be customized with your logo or other information of your choosing in the upper right-hand corner.
Access these Local Reports by visiting the links of the left-hand side of the page as pictured below. You must be logged into the MAR Portal to access them, so have your NRDS# ready! (*My tip: Once accessed, change the sort to compare towns based on different criteria. All it takes is a click of “sort” above the column preferred.) 
Watch a short video to learn how to customize the individual reports using Adobe Acrobat. (My tip: I found that in my current version of Adobe Acrobat, the easiest way to do this was by creating a “Watermark” under the “Document” tab.)
This video also explains the new, monthly “Market One Sheet”, FREE and available only to members. This report provides a quick overview of the Massachusetts Market and Trends, including a brief “Market Analysis”, REALTOR Confidence Indexes, Pending Home Sales, and Closed Sales.
