Just a quick reminder that you must remove lawn signs offering a property for sale when it is no longer on the market (expires, withdrawn or sells) promptly.  This is a form of advertisement that must reflect a true picture for the public and must always adhere to the wishes of the owner.  We know you’re tremendously busy and that frozen ground is not the best for making this easy, but recent complaints seem to indicate oversight rather than winter delay.  Inventory is so low, this is really making buyers and buyers agents waste valuable time too – please pull signs as soon as you’re no longer repping a property!
