We know it can be frustrating when you experience glitches with technology, listings not appearing in the MLS, inaccurate information shared in MLS, etc. You have a crackerjack team of staff members who are here and happy to help but we need to know about issues as they are discovered so they can be addressed! We are not out in the field and driving by lawn signs for property that still isn’t listed… or reading the listings and knowing when details might be inaccurate. Also, when the Flex system doesn’t display something you’d like or have enough space or when Remine is glitchy – we actually spend time working on ALL of these issues to make your job easier – but it’s super tough to get messages only after you are UP TO HERE FRUSTRATED knowing we could have addressed it / fixed it the first time you saw it. So, use the report violation button on a listing, send us an email (we love screen shots, just hit your print screen button or clip button on a laptop), text us a photo, drop us an email or give us a call to make the system better for all.
