And, the good times sure did roll. What a blast at the 8th Annual Chili Cookoff fundraiser, held immediately following the annual meeting, at the Country Club of Pittsfield on October 30th. The club was packed, and the smell of so many delicious chilies filled the air! We’re thrilled to announce that we raised $4,965 to benefit the Elizabeth Freeman Center ,serving residents of Berkshire County.
Nine restaurants participated, competing in four categories: Chili Outside the Pot, Best Presentation, Blazing Saddles and Fan Favorite. We give our sincere appreciation to all participants for their support of such a fantastic charity.
This year, we had two newcomers, who each entered amazing chili!
