Thursday, March 9, 2023 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM (EST)  Buffet breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and the meeting starts at 9:00 a.m.   $25 pp members.  We will have local and state counsel on hand to cover emerging and current topics as well as national issues updates that impact you in Berkshire County. Invited guests include local attorneys as well! You will get to meet the new MAR Legal Hotline attorney Kate Berard joining Justin Davidson and hear about common questions to the legal hotline as well as well as representation and disclosure issues, and new handling of Code of Ethics cases.  The program will be interactive – you will be able to test your knowledge on the topics to see how you fair compared to the rest of the REALTORS in the room. Lots of FUN and information will be a part of this event – hope to see you there.
