Zillow’s has a new business model – they are offering to buy homes outright from home owners online, and resell them.  Zillow leaders assure all that they will use the local real estate agents who are participating in Zillow’s Premier Agent program to represent Zillow in the purchase and resale. This market is not a target, but everyone should keep a close eye on their success rates.  According to an Inman News interview with Errol Samuelson, Zillow’s Chief Industry Development Officer, the company expects to have purchased between 300 and 1,000 homes by the end of 2018.  Here is an info-graphic created to explain the process:
