My, how our membership grows. After dues billing time, we normally see a 10-20% reduction of members and then during the spring season, new applicants start to trickle in. This year we are continuing a growth trend. While we know this is hard to sustain given our market dynamics, (610 total listings on the market and only 335 single-family homes as of today), we are budgeting conservatively to be able to serve you today and in the years ahead. We welcome 11 new members who just completed their Code of Ethics and Orientation classes, 5 new Affiliates, 5 New Provisional REALTORS, 4 New offices and so much more.
