We’re happy to provide monthly online CE classes for your license renewal.  By the end of 2021 all REALTORS must also have their Code of Ethics training completed.  (Class attended between Jan 1, 2019 and Dec 31, 2021).  Our list of first quarter classes can be found below.  All registration is FREE for Berkshire REALTOR members and $20 for non-members.

Environmental Issues – January 12, 2021 | 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Join our instructor, Andrew Consoli, and favorite from years past who will be coming back to the Berkshires virtually (watch for his interactive candy throw – for those who remember!).  Andy will review a mutlitute of environmental issues that all practioners need to be knowledgable on in real estate transactions.

Real Estate Brokerage Professional Ethics – February 25, 2021 | 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. – Join Linda Kody as she provides an overview of the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics.  Linda has this virtual thing down pat…she even has break out rooms for hands-on learning thats sure to make these 2 1/2 hours pass in a flash.  All REALTORS must have this training between Jan 1, 2019 and Dec 31, 2021.  This program will provide 2 hours of CE credit and satisfies the NAR mandate.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) – March 11, 2021 | 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. – Andy will be back with another high energy class reviewing ADA. As he said, practioners are surprised to find that this act applies to real estate transactions as well as rentals.  Do you have a handle on ADA in real estate – if not, this is a “cannot be missed” program!
