2025 REALTOR Association Dues Payment are due by December 31, 2024. The only exception is if you have signed up for a dues payment plan.  If you have not paid your dues for 2025 yet, please log into your HUB account and make payment before midnight on 12/31.  A late fee of $35 will automatically be applied to your invoice on Jan 2nd when our office reopens.  HUB ACCOUNT

Code of Ethics Training due by December 31, 2024.  All REALTORS must have Code training between Jan 1, 2022 and Dec 31, 2024.  If you have not taken your training please go to:  www.marealtor.com or www.nar.realtor to take training before the 31st.  Both of these sites offer free training.  The MAR site also offers 2-hours of CE credit (NAR does not!).  If you have taken training through a school other than ours, MAR or NAR, please send a copy of your certificate (if you have not already) so we can mark this member requirement as complete.  Please note: NAR requires this training, if not complete you will lose member benefits, including access to the MLS, until you do finish the class.
