How / Where to File a Right to Farm

Posted by Sandy Carroll, CEO on June 23, 2016 in RE Business News | 133 Views

New Right to Farm Contact List!! We compiled data for each city/town with bylaws that require a Right to Farm disclosure to be executed and submitted to the town. We asked all to confirm their address and if use of our standard disclosure form is accepted.  Many responded and confirmed our data, many did not.  All are listed here for your use. If you find that you receive corrected information or more details about the proper submission, please contact Sandy@BerkshireRealtors.com so that we may update this data.  We have a FAQ, Best Practices and Town Mailing/Email list in PDF format, as well as an excel spreadsheet with the contact data.  We hope this helps you serve your seller clients more efficiently.
