Help Habitat for Humanity in Great Barrington Rehab

South County folks and those that may have missed our REALTOR Build Day for Habitat…  They have a few construction volunteer opportunities at the Great Barrington rehab project coming up this week through the end of the month.  Tasks will include removal of the brick rubble, removing more sheetrock, removing some of the back corner in preparation for rebuilding and re-roofing it, and a few other construction tasks.  8 opportunities to help!  They are looking for volunteers from  9 AM – 2 PM on the following days:

  • Friday, July 8,   Saturday, July 9,   Friday, July 15,   Saturday, July 16,   Friday, July 22,   Saturday, July 23,   Friday, July 29,   Saturday, July 30,

Mid-morning snack, coffee, and water will be provided;  volunteers should bring their own lunch.  Tasks include:  moving staging, filling the dumpster with sheetrock, insulation, and other debris, and some construction tasks.
