Berkshire contracts and forms will no longer be maintained in the Flexmls system as of October 31, 2019. To access forms you will be required to use a forms management platform (i.e., zipLogix, Docusign, Dotloop). zipLogix is a free offering as part of your National Association of REALTORS dues. Sue O’Brien has been certified by zipLogix to train you on its software.
In her Getting Started in zipForms, Sue will show you how to access Berkshire and Mass forms, how to complete forms online and how to send them out for electronic signature. This class will be offered several times before October 31st. You may attend the training more than once, but must register for each class you wish to attend.

Offices wishing to train together can arrange private classes in the Board Office or at your office by calling Sue (413-442-8049) or dropping her an email. In office training is at a rate of $40. One on one training can also be arranged by contacting Sue. Cost for one on one training is $20.
