Each and every board member, staff member and volunteer is eager to serve the Realtor members this year and you are encouraged to get in touch or give feedback with any suggestions and comments you have on how to make our board and our industry better. This edition, we’re happy to feature two representatives from our northern Berkshire region!
MLS Board Member Kim Burnham
A lifelong Berkshire resident, Kim is co-owner of Burnham Gold Real Estate in Williamstown. She graduated from Mount Greylock Regional High School and attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Kim has been pairing buyers and sellers together since the 1980′s when she first began her real estate sales career with Patten Corporation, a local land sales company. Her roots are deeply embedded in Northern Berkshire County. Kim’s family includes her husband, Stephen, a local contractor, son Brandon, who is learning his father’s trade, and daughter, Mackenzie who resides in Chicago. Kim enjoys spending time traveling the world with her family. When Kim sn’t at Burnham Gold real estate you can find her involved in community affairs, church gatherings or simply helping those in need.
Board of REALTORS Member Cindy Poulin
Cindy Poulin is a long-time agent of Alton & Westall Real Estate LLC in Williamstown. She is a graduate of UMASS, Amherst with a BS degree in Public Health and Business Administration. Having moved to Williamstown in 1992 with her husband and two children, she became involved with volunteering with the Community Chest, the Schools, the Williams College Faculty Club, the Northern Berkshire Habitat for Humanity and with various other committees making wonderful friendships along the way. Cindy formed a stock club and ran it for five years, and currently belongs to a book club. She has a love of the arts, tennis, skiing, hiking and just about anything outdoors.
