Well, it was fun and we raised a ton of money – we call that a successful fundraiser! (click ‘read on’ for photos!) Last night’s Battle of the Bartenders at the Olde Heritage Tavern in Lenox was full of generous and fun patrons helping us raise money to support the wonderful work of Elder Services of Berkshire County. We were able to raise well over $4,000 (final tally coming after all receipts have been counted) from bartender team tip competition, raffle prizes, and a generous donation from the Olde Heritage from proceeds of sales. Thanks to volunteers especially Paula McLean, Wendy Smith, and Sue O’Brien who we couldn’t have done it without, and to our fantastic team of Carol McNeil, Maria Liccardi, Julie Dieterich, Mary Jo Piretti, Debbie Dwyer, Barb Osborne, Tonia Scalise, Nick Geranios who worked so hard in honor of REACT chair Mary Jane Dunlop.
Here’s how the teams shook out:
- The Signature Associates Hour raised $516 by bartenders: Laura Arseneau, Lynn Penna & Kellie Perrault
- The Stone House Properties Team raised $760 from bartenders Evan Collins, & Katie Soules
- Our Ledership Team raised $1,080 by bartenders Cortney Dupont, Michael Harrigan, Eric Steuernagle
- The Berkshire Dream Home Team raised $356 by bartedners Tony Riello & Jessica Rizzo, and
- The Kinderhook Team raised $376 from Gary & Thelma Campagna, Marnie Garzone & Ben Webster
