When entering a coming soon listing into the MLS the Coming Soon Addendum must be included as part of your Exclusive Right to Sell document upload.  You can combine the two documents together to form one PDF or scan the two documents together to one file.

Please remember that the addendum is part of the required upload for the Coming Soon status.  If you are unable to combine the documents together, please upload your Exclusive Right to Sell contract in Flex and email your Coming Soon Addendum to listings@berkshirerealtors.org.
