The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, in partnership with MassHousing, is offering a free webinar on Understanding Mortgage Options.  With so many loans available, it’s important to understand your client’s options. MassHousing will be going over their brand new loan, available this March, along with their down payment assistance program and low down-payment options. They will also discuss their MI Plus feature, which is a unique benefit that helps pay your client’s mortgage in case of job-loss.
