Forms Delay in Ziplogix

We have unfortunate news from Ziplogix – they are not able to give us an idea of timeframe for the update our contracts.  It has also come to our attention that the MAR contracts are also not yet available in Ziplogix.  Here is their message to us after we reached out again yesterday:

“Upon review, your tickets are currently in the queue for processing. At the moment, we do not have a specific projected date due to the high volume of requests related to NAR updates. Our forms design team is working diligently to address all requests as quickly as possible. Rest assured, a designer will contact you as soon as they begin working on your request.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your understanding.  In the meantime, you can manually add your forms to your transactions by following our step-by-step guide: https://lonewolf.my.site.com/s/article/ZF-Add-a-Document-or-Form-to-a-Transaction-or-Template

We have suggested that you try to use the MAR free forms provider in the meantime, Remine, that is linked in the FlexMLS menu.  Even if you don’t use the service, you can view the forms and download a pdf document that is stamped with your information.

If you have having issues accessing Remine, please visit their support site, Remine  or call the dedicated Mass tech support line (844) 992-2944.

Please note forms are updated in Remine, Dotloop and Docusign.
