If you are adding a new listing in Flex… or editing an incomplete listing, please take care to first close any additional FlexMLS tabs that might be open.  Other open tabs are fine, but if another instance of FlexMLS is open on your computer, technical support reports that there is a chance that version can overwrite things before adding the listing.  This problem can especially happen when saving as an incomplete listing. We wish it didn’t work like that, but we had an agent lose a listing they had been working on for days, adding little bits of data at a time.  We hope you can avoid this same fate.
