On August 31, Flexmls will update the design of the Address search page. This change is part of an ongoing initiative to modernize the look and feel of Flexmls Web to make it easier to use. This update will not change any existing functionality for the Address search.

The layout of the new Address search screen is easier to navigate and includes larger font than the previous Address search screen. Additionally, it is responsive to your screen size, so smaller screens will display the search fields in a single column, ensuring that it is practical to use regardless of your screen size. To include specific statuses and/or property types in your address search, click Show Filters.

The filters let you search by Status, Status Change Date, Property Type and MLS (if your MLS participates in a data share with other MLSs). Additionally, some MLSs may have an Include Listings option that allows you to choose if the search results should contain all listings, only your office’s listings or only your listings.

Once you’ve entered your search criteria, click the Search button to see the results.
