Did you know that Facebook has pretty strict ‘Terms of Service’ and many real estate agents have had their account removed without notice because they were posting about business on their personal page? That’s a no-no.  When facebook shut down the Realtor’s personal account for a violation of the terms of service, they lost all of their contacts and posts and had to rebuild from scratch.  I would suggest that you either use your company’s facebook page for business related posts or create your own page for shop talk.  When posting to a private group, you can only do so as a individual, not a page.  Therefore, when posting about real estate in a closed group, consider including a link to your business page (with all of the required disclosures) to be safe.  Here is an article with some good guidance on facebook pages.
