It came to our attention that dotloop users did not have the most recent version of the Berkshire Purchase and Sale Agreement.  This form has now been updated in the dotloop Berkshire library.  Updating the library does not automatically update your saved templates, if you have them.  Please take a moment to review your templates and update the P&S that you have saved there.
