If you are a user of the program, Dotloop, ask yourself…am I using the most recent version of Berkshire forms?

We’ve seen a rising occasions of outdated Purchase and Sale Agreements, as well as other forms circulating from subscribers of Dotloop.  When we asked Dotloop about this, they informed us that some users have upload PDF versions of forms to their own user profiles and have populated templates with those forms.  If this includes you, please remove the outdated forms and go to the association library to gather our latest versions for use in your templates.  Additionally, if you popped a contract into a loop a while ago, and haven’t used it yet, replace it with our updated version.
