Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are of the utmost importance to homeownership.  So important, that the National Association of REALTORS have included DEI in our Code of Ethics.  At their last meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously voted to create a DEI Workgroup to develop a strategy for the Board to positively impact homeownership access in Berkshire County among persons of color.
